OxygenOS will give a new Life to OnePlus One Devices in India

After going through a very bad time period in India, the OnePlus has finally made its own custom OS. The company went through a very delicate period when it’s one of the custom ROM partners Cyanogen left its hand in midstream, made partnership with Micromax and has given the exclusive rights to the domestic company of using CyanogenMod.

Enlightening the past reports for all unawares which is about exclusivity infringement that caused OnePlus to sell its devices in India due to Delhi Court’s inhibition order. However, company had already decided about creating own custom build for solving the issue. So, the buzz is that the plan has been entered in real world to show its existence. The company has developed two and named them OxygenOS and HydrongenOS.

Apparently, the tech giant has brought two custom builds, but India will take possession of only one. OxygenOS is the lucky one who has received the opportunity of serving in India for OnePlus One smartphone. HydrongenOS on the other side will provide its functionalities to China’s OnePlus devices’ users.

The company had initiated a contest earlier on its forum for naming purpose. And, the result has come just right from there where people suggested their own choices of titles for the new custom ROM. Its name implies its meaning handsomely as the Oxygen is meant to bring and fill life in anything. The title for this custom OS has also brought the same impulse.

Recently, we have got the name of these custom ROMs. Further details remain trade secret by the officials. To collect the complete information regarding the same, we will have to wait for February 12 to come. The day, when OnePlus will articulate the whole functionality, for what it is pledged. Eventually, we could only hope for the best that will heal its wound which Cyanogen has given to it.
