Release Date for PUBG Mobile 0.8.0 Announced; Adds Sanhok Map

Finally the release date for the awaited ‘PUBG Mobile 0.8.0 update’ has been released. It is going to be available in the market from September 12 for Android and iOS. The date finally came after got accounted on Twitter last week by the official PUBG Mobile account.

The mobile now have come with vehicles like the Muscle car, QBZ rifle in weapon section and the Sanhok map; Sanhok is one-fourth the size of Erangel or Miramar thus the game gets over quickly. It still has hundred players.

"PUBG Mobile will be taken offline for maintenance from 00:00 - 08:00 (UTC) on Sep 11th. Server may be back online sooner or later depending on maintenance progress. As expected, the new version with Sanhok map will be released starting Sep 12th," tweeted the official PUBG Mobile account.

While Tencent has not yet confirmed to what could be expected of them. Here's a list of the patch notes from the PUBG Mobile subreddit based on the Chinese version of the game. It's not final, but gives us an idea of what to expect.

"Players are really enjoying the War Mode. The game feature allows players to respawn and continue the game even after their in-game death while scoring points for kills and revives. Our players are having a lot of fun with it. There are several new maps and modes that we are testing out and some of them would be released in the near future," he said.
