Samsung Finally Revealed Galaxy J5 (2016) and J7 (2016) Prices

The Samsung has finally revealed the prices of its new 2016 models Galaxy Series smartphones, the The Galaxy J7 (2016) and the Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) that were unveiled in China recently. These are mid-range mobile handsets that pack a significant punch with regards to their equipment, and now we know their prices as well. Samsung Korea has put out a release, which uncovers that KT Corporation, Korea's biggest phone organization will be selling both devices and in the process, revealed their price tags as well.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) has been priced at KRW 290,000 (around Rs 17,000) while the Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) has been estimated at KRW 363,000 (roughly Rs 21,000). Both the smartphones pack in some fascinating hardware and furthermore also have a metal edge design. The Galaxy J7 (2016) packs a 5.5-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with a pixel thickness of 402ppi. The same is fueled by an octa-core processor and clocked at 1.6GHz with 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage that can be further extended up to 128GB.

There is a 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP front-confronting camera. Both cameras highlight a f/1.9 opening lens and an LED flash. On the connectivity front both the smartphones o0ffers connectivity of 4G LTE, NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth V4.1. The cell phone weighs around 170 grams and packs in a 3300mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016), has a 5.2-inch HD Super AMOLED display and has been powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM. There is a 13MP camera on the back and a 5MP camera for the selfie. The handset weighs 159 grams and packs in a 3,100 mAh battery.

A year ago, Samsung had dispatched the 2015 models of the Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 in India at Rs 11,999 and Rs 14,999 respectively.
