In India, a single 6GB + 128 GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy M40 is rolled out by the company. It attracts the price tag of INR 19,990 and will go on sale from 12 pm (noon) IST on June 18 through e-commerce portal Amazon.in and the Samsung Online Shop. the available colour options for the smartphone include Seawater Blue gradient colour and Midnight Blue.

Launch Offers:

Samsung Galaxy M40 is available with different launch offers for varied service providers. The Reliance Jio users will be availed with double data benefits for prepaid recharge plans of INR 198 and INR 299. It is being said that the subscribers will save a considerable amount of INR 3,110 over 10 recharges if they particularly opt for INR 198 recharge. While the proud customers of Vodafone and Idea would get the cashback of worth INR 3,750 on the recharge of INR 255. The cashback would notably be availed on the recharge of INR 75 for up to 50 recharges. Besides this, an additional of 0.5GB data per day will also be given for up to 18 months.

Airtel customers, on the other hand, will get 100 per cent additional data for up to 10 months on the purchase of Samsung Galaxy M40. Not even this, they will be benefited with 4GB data per day on the recharge of INR 249 which accumulates as an additional data of 560 GB for a period of 10 months.

The new Samsung Galaxy M40 that is brought in to Indian market at INR 19,990, finds models like the Realme 3 Pro (INR 15,699), the Redmi Note 7 Pro (INR 15,830) as arch-rivals along with the Nokia 7.1 (INR 14,350) and Poco FI options. The smartphone is aimed to serve tech-savvy millennials and Gen Z customers.

It runs on Android 9 Pie with One UI on top and gets powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC processor in association with Adreno 612 GPU and 6GB of RAM.
