Samsung Launches Galaxy On5 Pro and On7 Pro in India

Samsung has launched two new smartphones in the country named as Galaxy On5 Pro and Galaxy On7 Pro. Being the successors to the previous year's Samsung 'On Series' models, both are priced at INR 9,190 and INR 11,190 respectively and are exclusively available to the India's largest online shopping store, Amazon.

The web retail outlet is offering some cool offers to the customers as well, which include a Holiday offer from Thomas Cook worth Rs. 6000 if the smartphones are booked before August 31. Moreover, there's an exclusive offer from idea in which customers can get the benefit of 2GB data (2G/3G/4G), 200 Mins, 200 SMS only at Rs. 343 a month.

Having a quick glance over the similarities between the gadgets, both of them feature a 5MP secondary camera and dual 4G Sim support. Internal room is of 2GB and 16GB of in-built storage is there. A slot for microSD card (up to 128GB) has also been armed for expandable storage. Some other prominent features apart from the specifications are the faux leather back panels, Ultra Data Saving mode, S bike mode feature (started with the Samsung J series mobiles), palm gesture selfie mode and 120 degree selfie mode cameras.

Talking about the OS, the Android 6.0 Marshmellow based Samsung Galaxy On5 Pro is packed with a 1.3GHz quad-core Exynos processor while Galaxy On7 Pro is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. The former gets an 8MP primary camera with LED flash and survives on a 2600mAh battery. Dimension-wise, it is 142.3x72.1x8.5mm. On7 on the other side sports a 13MP front shooter with LED flash and features a 3000mAh battery support. It measures 151.8x77.5x8.2mm.
