Spice Fire One Mi-FX 1, Firefox OS Based Smartphone to Unveil at Rs. 2,299

As it was already known that Spice would be the one among mobile makers that will bring smartphone device, run on Firefox OS. India will get the first phone based on Mozilla’s OS soon, at a price of Rs. 2,299 only. Offering the phone with low price seems like Company has tried to win the market or it is making these devices for reaching in the hands of every common mobile user. The launch of the Fire One Mi-FX 1 has already been scheduled by Spice for August 29.

On the other side, Intex is also well planned to bring its Firefox smartphone on August 25. Spice Fire One Mi-FX 1 will be reached on Amazon store first to buy, later it will be reached on other online stores to sale. This handset is featured with 3.5-inch HVGA display that offers the screen output of 320x480 pixels. It takes the power from 1GHz processor to enhance the performance. However, that is not the speedy one to make the processing fast. But, as per the price tag, it would be adequate to run the device.

Spice Fire One Mi-FX 1

This mobile is paired with 2-megapixel rear camera and 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. This dual SIM handset comes with 2G connectivity. There is no support for 3G network. Fire One Mi-FX 1 comes loaded with multiple language support including Hindi, Tamil, and Bangla. FM radio, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are some other connectivity features of the handset. It comes bundled with silicon cover which will be the free offering by Company. However, there is no idea about what version of Firefox OS has been used for this device.
