The Unannounced Smartphone: Samsung Galaxy J1 Leaked

The South Korean Conglomerate firm: Samsung seems more fervent to introduce various new series of smartphones during this session to gain better revenue and leveraging. A while ago, tech giant had been seen in headlines with upcoming E-lineup of handsets, Galaxy E5 and Galaxy E7 and it's again in tidings due to yet-to-be announced mobile phone, called Galaxy J1.

As per the reports of Sammobile, the forthcoming smartphone has been appended with a Model Number: SM-J100, which is clearly hinting about a brand new J-series. Talking about the device, then it has been claimed to bear a 4.3-inch TFT LCD touchscreen, which will produce a pixel resolution of 480x800p. And, it will be showcased on the ledges of retail stores with 129×68×8.9 mm of dimension and 123g of weighing.

The informant has mentioned the inclusion of a 64-bit quad-core Marvell PXA1908 chipset with a clock speed of 1.2GHz. The upcoming scion of Samsung will be arrayed with 1GB RAM along with 4GB of expandable inbuilt memory, but there is no information about its maximum storage capacity.

On imaging front, this Android 4.4 KitKat based handset will be outfitted with a 5-megapixel rear camera alongside 2-megapixel selfie camera. Rest of the specs include, a 1,850mAh battery and 4G LTE support.

Notably, device has also been also spotted in the database of GFXbench, where is has been said to feature a 4.8-inch display and Vivante GC7000UL GPU for graphic processing. However, Samsung Galaxy J1 is yet to receive some official words as well as there is no details about pricing and availability, but it is has been expected to be launched as a budget-friendly handheld.
