Vaio Revealed its First Windows 10 Based Smartphone-Vaio Phone Biz

The Japanese laptop and smartphone maker, Vaio, unveiled its upcoming handset, Vaio Phone Biz. It is the company's second launch after android supported, Vaio VA-10J model, the previous year. The company has priced the handset at $424 (approx. Rs 29,000) and it will come in Silver colour variant. The device will go on sale from April, in Japan, via Japanese carrier NTT Docomo and no information has been revealed about its availability in the rest part of the world.

The VAIO Phone Biz features a classy aluminum frame with soft corners and a slight curve in the back and has been incorporated with a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920x1080 pixels resolution. The handset is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm 617 processor along with 3GB RAM and has internal storage of 16GB that can be further expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. The smartphone operates on Windows 10 Mobile operating system and comes equipped with a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The Vaio Phone Biz has a unique selling proposition (USP), as the device has been enabled to deliver PC-like experience using Continuum for smartphones when connected to an external monitor.
