Videocon Infinium Z40 Lite and Zest Lite Emerged at Official Website

The homegrown mobile maker, Videocon has diversified its Infinium series of smartphones by adding two new successors: Infinium Z40 Lite and Infinium Zest Lite. Notably, devices have been cataloged on company's official website along with almost specifications and traits, but their pricing and availability details are yet-to-be announced.

Launched with Infinium Z50Q Star and Z50Q Lite, both devices are based on Google's Android platform and housed with dual-SIM card slots. Talking about Infinium Z40 Lite, which incorporates a low-end 1GHz single core processor alongside 1450mAh battery. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, device's rear panel is outfitted with a 3.2-megapixel camera with LED flash as well as it confers a 0.3-megapixel selfie snapper.

Memory-wise, mobile is armed with 256MB RAM along with 2GB of internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card (upto 32GB). On connectivity front, handset assimilates 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and Micro-USB functionality in its shell. Moreover, Infinium Z40 Lite features 4-inch display with 480x800 pixel resolution and it will be procurable in White with Silver and Black with Silver color options.

Coming to Infinium Zest Lite, mobile bears a 3.5-inch IPS display that renders a pixel resolution of 320x480p. In terms of connectivity, handheld bestows Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS/ EDGE, A-GPS and Micro-USB options, but unavailability of 3G network support could make gloomy to its prospective buyers.

Well, monetary values for both smartphones are still unknown, but judging the internal hardwares and softwares, we could expect that they will join the lineup of budget devices.
