The new trade-in programme is designed for the customers which provide them with a good opportunity to exchange the old smartphone with a new Vivo smartphone. It is applicable to both existing Vivo customers and new customers who are looking to purchase a new Vivo phone.
As an introductory offer, Customers will get an additional benefit of Rs. 1,000 in exchange of old smartphone with a new Vivo model in between January 16 to January 19.
To avail the benefit of ‘Vivo Xchange' programme, the users have to visit the Vivo e-Store to get to know the quote of the old smartphone. After then, the users must click on the check availability option to get to know whether the exchange offer facility is available in your city or not. And then, the online store will evaluate the exchange quote of your old smartphone.

After getting the quote of the old smartphone the interested users have to accept that quote and they can order the new Vivo smartphone at the official website. Once you have successfully ordered the smartphone at Vivo e-Store, the Cashify team will come at your doorstep to receive the old phone and then provide you instant payment, as per the quote mentioned earlier.
