Asus Launched ZenWatch 2 With Android Wear At Rs.11,999

Asus has launched the ZenWatch 2 smartwatch in India. It is the successor to last year's ZenWatch. The ZenWatch 2 is available in India in two variants on the basis of their size i.e 1.45-inch (WI502Q) and 1.63-inch (WI501Q). The smaller version of variant is priced at Rs.11,999 and the next variant is available at a price tag of Rs.14,999. The SmartWatches are exclusively available on Flipkart and also be sold through Asus exclusive stores.

The Asus ZenWatch 2 is very much similar to the original ZenWatch which had launched earlier. But there are some noticeable improvements in design and hardware.

The latest ZenWatch 2 is available in two screen sizes i.e 1.63-inches and 1.45-inches having an resolution pixels of 320*320 pixels and 280*280 respectively. The watches has been designed with the AMOLED display technology and 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Both the variants featuring 2-finger touch support.

In terms of specifications, the models of ZenWatch 2 are powered by a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400SoC coupled with 512MB RAM. They have the inbuilt storage of 4GB and is offering support for Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi. The smartwatches have the IP 67 certifications, which means that the watch can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter depth for up to 30 minutes. They have the 300mAh battery and 400mAh battery respectively.
