Tata Sky, the technology innovative firm in the DTH industry has announced its newly launched service Everywhere TV. This service allows the subscribers to watch and control their telivision viewing experience on the move.
This service will be available to download for Tata Sky subscribers on the iOS (iPhones, iPads) and Android Platform through the Tata Sky mobile app. The newly launched service of Tata Sky service will allows you to view varied TV content on a single platform with Everywhere TV. By having this you need not to download and paying for multiple apps offering different channels or services.
Vikram Mehra, Chief Commercial Officer, Tata Sky revealed that, “ Our research has shown that lifestyles are getting busier in today’s day and age. People spend hours in transit or waiting daily. Today over 60% of the (Tata Sky) population use internet to view videos on their Smart phones and tablets either at home or at office. Everywhere TV is a unique service for all those valued subscribers who want to keep in touch with their favorite shows, programmes and channels that they have subscribed on Tata Sky even when they are on move through their mobile handsets.”
Earlier, the company was launched the service at the charge of Rs.60 per month. Everywhere TV will allows the users to stream over 80 live channels on Tata Sky's App is now free for all its subscribers. The DTH industry sent out its confirmation with a zero rupee charge upon entering the subscriber ID in the app, when we activated the Everywhere TV feature.
The Everywhere TV is featuring some special feature which includes Live TV, CATCH UP TV, Video on Demand (VoD) and Active Music. These innovative services have made Tata Sky the most preferred DTH brand in India.
