Xiaomi Mi 5 to Trench Snapdragon 820 for MediaTek's Helio X20 Chip

Xiaomi, a Chinese company has come up with the slew of smartphones this year. The company after the 13th August event has decided to come up with Mi 5 this year. The end of the year is expected to be the best end with a bundle full of Android devices launched with varying specs and configurations. Xiaomi Mi 5 as reported is expected to ditch the early rumors and will be placed with the 10 Core CPU architecture chip.

The device is expected to trench Snapdragon 820 SoC processor for MediaTek's Helio X20 Chip by this year. It is reported that the company will put its Snapdragon devices to feature in early 2016, with other such devices by various tech giants, to withstand the market trend. By putting on the desk a 10 Core device this year, the company will prove the differencing quality it carries.

Since, the company is now coming up with the MediaTek device, in-spite of Qualcomm, so it isn't expected to bring Snapdragon 820 chipset this year. Further reported by China, the company if postpones the event of release of Mi 5 then the device will feature Snapdragon 820 SoC. It is also stated that, the launch should be postponed by 2016 to furnish Mi 5 with the 820 SoC processor. But, since that's not the case, as the company has recently announced the launch of its device with powerful 10 Core Chipset. It is also said, the smartphone is 5.3mm thick with fingerprint scanner and USB Type C port.
