Originally this company was established in Germany in 1909 by Zwickau and the current headquarter is situated in Ingolstadt, Germany.

The current running models Audi A3, A4, Q5, A7 and many more have hit the market and it has 7 production plants in the world. It is known for making 100% galvanized. Its brand logo has four overlapped rings that imply four marques which show the Auto Union. These rings represent four car companies that are combined together- Audi, DKW, Horch and Wanderer.
