5 Series of BMW Will Come With Eight Speed ZFGearbox

The German car manufacturer, BMW has set about the construction of the 5 series alongside the propagation of famous automatic gearbox, which is known as the eight speed ZF 8HP. The latest 8HP50 will be the first specie of BMW 520d and it seems to be utilized in every motors from different producers. The company had started making 5 series in the year of 2009 and today, the ZF 8HP eight speed automatic is getting utilized by the various tops of the automobile manufacturers such as, Audi, Bentely, Chrysler, Jaguar and Rolls Royce along with the 5 Series cars.

ZF states that the gearbox has been planned to meet the demands of innovative technology. It will include the Advance torsional vibration dampers and as the name is indicated, this will mitigate the vibrations. The latest technology will enhance the speed of the runabout up to 160 km/hr. The ZF 8HP50 has been decided to treat up to the torque of 500Nm and its successor will be accomplished to maintain up to 750 Nm of torque.
