Recently, the upgraded version of Honda CR-V (available in the American and European market) has been disclosed with the name of ASEAN model, which is going to launch in the Indian market next year. Talking about the cosmetic features, the car is identical to the American version and it gets redesigned headlights alongside the LED daytime running lights and the grille is updated in terms of the “Solid Wing Face”. The front bumper is completely new including the renovated fogligtht that receives minor changes with respect to the model accessible in America.
At the rear, the ASEAN version incorporates the subtle variations for its tailgate as well as the latest chrome strip. Inside the cabin, the vehicle comprises the aristocratic functions to bestow the most luxurious comfort for the occupants and the driver as compared to the current one. The well designed infotainment system of the runabout comes with HDMI input as well as a lane watch system and the runabout also unify a superb three angle reverse camera. In Thailand, the existing model renders two petrol variants of 2.0 liter or 2.2 liter, which is expected to be same in the upcoming SUV.
In America, the manufacturer introduces its 2.4 liter premium variant along with the transcendent CVT gearbox. Notably, the Honda ASEAN CR-V SUV will offer only petrol mill that will be similar to the car available in Thailand. It is anticipated to be approximately priced between INR 20 Lakhs to INR 25 Lakhs next year in the country.
