Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i facelift seen at dealership

As Bajaj is preparing for a tremendous entry with the fresh models in 2017, the Bajaj Pulsar 150 DTS-i facelift has been spotted at a dealership just a day after the domestic bikemaker teased the 2017 Pulsar line-up.

As seen with the visuals, the new facelifted Pulsar 150 DTS-i gets a new black paint scheme surrounded with red and matte grey finish for the engine. It also receives a new improved seat focused on superior comfort with an orange backlit instrument console. Meanwhile, the 2017 Pulsar 180 DTS-i and Pulsar 220F get a blue backlit instrument console.

Interestingly, the image reveals that the 2017 Pulsar 150 DTS-i is not based on BS IV-compliant while the other new Pulsar models are BS IV-complaint. We hope that Bajaj adds the BS IV on the facelift model as the emission norms get enforced.

Moreover, some selected dealerships have started accepting bookings for the new Pulsar 150 DTS-i facelift at a token amount of Rs. 1000. The launch date has not been decided yet but we believe it to be launched by mid-December. It could be more expensive than the ongoing model, which comes with a price tag of Rs 72,081 (ex-showroom, Delhi). In the 150 cc bike segment, the Pulsar 150 DTS-i rivals against the likes of TVS Apache RTR 160, Honda CB Unicorn 150, Yamaha SZ-RR and Hero Xtreme Sports.
