Chevrolet Revealed 2016 Trailblazer Facelift Officially in Brazil

The most renowned American auto subsidiary of the General Motors, Chevrolet has officially revealed the 2016 Trailblazer facelift in Brazil, which is going to be available at showroom later this month. One of the concept versions of this car has also made the glimpse at the recently concluded Bangkok Motor Show. Comes with larger dimensions, it is expected to be arrived in India by later this year.

As a facelift, the 2016 Trailblazer has been offered with more refreshed and contemporary features. At the front, there is a larger grill, fresh headlights with daytime running lights, and front bumper that is also flanked by fog lights. Dimensionally, it measures 4.8 meters in length, 1.90 meters in width and 2.85 meters in height.

Chevrolet features the dashboard with its second-generation infotainment system 'MyLink2' that is also integrated with a touchscreen display as well as Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are now also supportable. Moreover, the cabin has also been attached to digital speedometer, multi-information display and may other regular function.

Some of the other features like automotive headlights, front parking sensors, automatic climate control, power-adjustable driver's seat, rain-sensing wipers, electro-chromatic rear view mirror, etc are also on the list for a top-end variant. 

2016 Trailblazer at the Rear end

Under the hood, it gets two engine options – 2.8-litre Duramax turbo-diesel and 3.6-litre V6 petrol engine. The performance specification of the lighter unit includes 200 Bhp of power and 500 Nm of torque while the heavier is good for 279 Bhp of power and 357 Nm of torque. A 6-speed automatic gearbox is mated to both the motors to send the power at wheels.

Besides the above news, Chevrolet has also launched its 2016 Colorado facelift in ASEAN market, that was also introduced as concept model alongside the 2016 Trailblazer at the Bangkok motor show. Both the vehicles are much popular in the global markets and carry out many similar updates like MyLink infotainment Apple CarPlay and many others. However both the cars were showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo, there aren't any details about the India launch of this car.
