The president of Nissan India, Mr. Guillaume Sicard has confessed that the latest Datsun Go+ MPV is probably to be launched in India in the first half of 2015. The motor was earlier promulgated to arrive in the country in the present year, but now the manufacturer has extended the releasing date of this car for the year of 2015. It will be the second product of Datsun in the nation and this compact MPV is already available in Indonesia for purchasing at the price range from INR 4.33 Lakhs to INR 5.49 Lakhs. The Go+ is engineered on the platform of the Go hatchback with the length of 3,995 mm, which renders standard aspects for the customers.
The runabout seems to get a spacious cabin to entice every client and bestow them tremendous comfort during the journey. Apart from the cosmetic terms, if we will spill the beans about engine features, then the Go+ MPV is machined with the same engine as Go hatchback. It is powered by a 1.2 liter three cylinder petrol engine that generates the grandiose output of 68 bhp alongside the torque of 104 Nm as well as transcendent 5 speed manual transmission to send power to the front wheels.
The motor will compete against the base petrol variant of Maruti Ertiga, Chevrolet Enjoy and Honda Mobilio. It is expected to arrive in India between the approximate price of INR 4.5 Lakhs to INR 5.75 Lakhs.
