With each passing day, the cruiser bike aficionados are reaching a step nearer towards the impending Ducati beasts, which were earlier reported to be launched this month. The Italian multi-genre motorcycle maker has announced the official launch of the XDiavel and XDiavel S in India on September 15. One more week and both the demons will stand on sale at the dealerships. Holding a premium price tag, the range will start with a mark of INR 15.56 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai).
Being more price demanding, the XDiavel S has been loaded with a different set of wheels, a Bluetooth module, and a new infotainment arrangement. Moreover, a glossy black color adorns the beast more than the standard matte black finish.
The ergonomics of both the motorcycles have been retuned to impart a more comfortable back riding posture. The duo uses an all new steel tubular trellis frame carrying a single-sided swingarm. Like any other cruiser machine, the Ducati XDiavel also delivers a monstrous power owing to the state of the art 1262cc liquid-cooled engine smashing out 155BHP and 129NM torque. The power is being delivered to the rear wheel via a belt drive.
