Harley-Davidson Breaks Cover for Breakout in India

Harley-Davidson is busy in expanding its product line-up for Indians. The firm has recently introduced its newly joined member, Harley-Davidson Breakout, in India carrying an expected price tag. The newly launched motorcycle belongs to the Softail cruiser series and it is positioned above the well-famed Fat-Boy motorcycle. The brand new cruiser motorcycle will get manufactured locally at the Haryana located facility. The design and looks of the cruiser is highly inspired by the classic 50's theme and the H-D had given this a real head-turner look.

The Harley-Davidson Breakout is powered by a 103 V-Twin Cam air-cooled engine with an engine displacement of 1690cc. The engine is mated to a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission with the help of a belt drive and is capable to achieve a peak torque of 130Nm @ 3000 revs. The stopping power has been taken care by 4-piston calipers at the front and 2-piston floating at the rear, incorporated with the Bosch ABS system, which would be offered as standard. In order to provide a fuel economy ride, the firm has introduced Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) system in the motorcycle.

Well, talking about the approach of the Harley-Davidson Breakout, this should by favorite part forever. The Breakout has been designed in a specific manner providing various customization options. One can engage their cruiser motorcycle at a starting price of Rs 16.28 Lakhs (Ex-Showroom Delhi). It is blessed with muscular looks carrying big rear wheel, three-in-one tail lights and black chrome half-painted exhaust tail. The fuel tank has carried an amazing 3D H-D badge besides of having attractive graphics.

The H-D Breakout has given so many color options to its fans, such as Quicksilver Flake, Radioactive Green, Mysterious Red Sunglo, Vivid Black, Charcoal Pearl and Superior Blue. And, above all it is the first cruiser motorcycle which will be making its appearance in a Hard Candy large metal flake paint finish decorated with aforementioned paint schemes.
