Honda Expected to Launch Next Generation Civic in India

In this year, Honda is aiming to bring out some new cars as well as some updated versions of the existing models in India. Apart from the new Jazz hatchback and Amaze compact sedan facelift, the manufacturer is also concentrating to launch the next generation Civic sedan in the country, which has been stopped producing from last year. The vehicle is likely to be available in diesel trim that will be powered by the European CR-V inspired 1.6 litre i-DTEC mill to pump out a maximum power of 120 bhp alongside an awesome torque of 300 Nm. The outgoing variant was engineered with a 1.8 litre four cylinder i-VTEC petrol engine comprising two transmission options for five speed manual and five speed automatic.
