Honda to Display BR-V and Accord at Delhi Auto Expo

Honda Cars India has aired its line-up of cars and concepts that will be displayed at the Delhi Auto Expo 2016- the Motor Show. The new models BR-V SUV and Accord sedan will be the major exhibits at the upcoming expo. Besides these, Project 2&4 concept and Jazz racing concept to also be revealed. The BR-V is another new entry into the popular small SUV segment of Honda that include Renault Duster, Hyundai Creta and Ford EcoSport.

It will also compete with the upcoming Maruti Vitara Brezza. Alike, the Brio, Amaze and Mobilio, it's also based on the same platform. The new saloon looks more angular and rugged along with 2,652mm- the wheelbase, which is similar as the Mobilio has. But, there may be a possibility of the engines getting an update. Mechanically, it will be available with 1.5 litre that is likely to be offered in both petrol and diesel guises.

Now moving to its exterior design, it's featured with the butch cladding, rising beltline, pronounced wheel arch flare and roof rails. These all aspects will be there that are much similar to the one in the Honda City and Jazz. Throwing light on the interior, it will be housed with three rows of seats and is expected to be same that you all have seen on the Mobilio. In India, the BR-V SUV will be manufactured at Honda's Tapukara facility in Rajasthan.
