After considering the demand of the customers in Malaysia, Hyundai has brought its latest Elantra Sport Edition to them in a limited number of units. The people comprising superb zeal for this vehicle are able to reserve their models in advance as the company has made the target to manufacture only 999 limited units of this newly launched car. It is available in charming color options, such as Creamy white and Phantom Black. This runabout carries impressive upgrades that make its more stunning as compared to the outgoing one.
Coming to the refreshments, the sedan gets new side skirts, spectacular bumpers, rear diffuser and dual chrome tipped exhaust pipes on the outside rendering more captivating glimpse than the previous model. The most significant change can be seen on the bar code stickers, including 'Limited Edition' lettering with particular unit's production number. Beneath the skin, the Hyundai Elantra Sport Edition is powered by a 1.6 litre four cylinder GAMMA petrol engine to produce an appreciable power of 130 PS and a noticeable torque of 157 Nm.
This mill is paired to a 6-speed automatic transmission for driving the wheels of the sedan. Hyundai has set up the limited edition in Malaysia at the cost of RM 91,928 (INR 16 Lac) with all these magnificent features. Recently, the Elantra facelift has been introduced in Indian, but it's yet to be seen that the brand is acquainting this Sport Edition in our country or not.
