It's been a short while, when the Hyundi Grand i10 hatchback was introduced. But now, Hyundai will come with a new Grand i10 based MPV, next year in India. Some time before, prospective buyers had no choices in MUV segment except Innova and Ertiga, till the Renault Lodgy and Honda Mobilio got introduced in India. Considering the rising demand for bigger cars, the company will roll out an all new car in the Indian market.
This model will be available in petrol as well as diesel version. As far as mechanics is concerned, the diesel car might be powered by a 1.4-Litre engine that delivers the power of106 bhp at 6300 RPM and torque 135 NM at 5000 RPM. The diesel trims get the same engine that produces 89 bhp of power and 220 NM of torque. This car will have the capacity of carrying seven passengers at a time.
It is anticipated that this Hyundai MPV will be based on the Fluidic Design 2.0 philosophy. It will have large doors which will help the people to enter or exit. Moreover, the MPV will be equipped with a pair of new headlamps and a number of cosmetic features that will be disclosed later. Talking about the interior, there is no information about that, but it is speculated that the company will introduce this car with new and attractive equipments. If rumor is to be believed then, this car will be one of the best vehicles for the prospective buyers, which really provides you a comfy and luxury feel. It is likely to be sold at the price of INR. 7 – 12 Lakh.
