Jaguar CX75 to be featured in James Bond Upcoming Flick Spectre

Bond! James Bond! Yes, you guessed it right! We are talking about the upcoming flick 'Spectre', which is the latest installment of James Bond Series. Loaded with thrill and action, every movie in the series has one thing in common- CARS. This film will also feature various models, three of them were displayed recently at Thurn and Taxis in Frankfurt. These include- Jaguar C-X75, Range Rover Sport SVR and Land Rover Defender. The display was a part of a 007 event where all the three cars were showcased with the stars Naomie and David Bautista posing beside them.

The C-X75 will be driven around in the movie by the Villain played by David, while the actor Daniel Craig (the Bond man) will be taking the ride in Aston Martin DB10. The former is a product from Jaguar which had already made its debut at the 2010 Paris Motor Show as a concept model. The automaker had plans to introduce it in the market but owing to the global economic crisis, its production got canceled.

Apart from the extremely good looks, it has also got an impressive powertrain setup that drives it to perform tremendously. A 1.6 litre, 4-cylinder turbocharged and supercharged engine is integrated with four electric motors, driving one wheel each and producing 778 HP of output in the process. The C-X75 can accelerate upto 160 km/h from standstill within 6 seconds with the help of a seven-speed automatic transmission facility.

Spectre is the 24th film in the series and will release on October 26 in London. However the 007 fans in India will have to wait for the flick till November 20, 2015. It will feature the supercar in ultimate chasing scenes, which will be the highlight of the movie.
