Lamborghini Huracan RWD Spyder is coming to India. Yeah! You read it right! The latest iteration of the Huracan lineup is all set to thrill the Indian shores on February 1st, 2017. Upon launch, it will join the Lambo’s Indian car range that includes standard Huracan Coupe, Huracan Spyder and the newest entry, Huracan Avio. Although, the sportscar has already made its public debut at the 2016 Los Angeles Auto Show and currently on sale in the European market.
At the heart of this raging bull is Lamborghini’s 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine that is capable of churning out a power of 572 Bhp with a peak torque of 540 Nm. A 7-speed dual clutch transmission is mated to the engine allowing it to sent the power only to the rear wheels. Furthermore, the mechanism is well enough to propel the car from nought to 100 kmph in just 3.6 seconds (0.2 seconds slower than that of its AWD siblings) and to keep accelerating before reaching a top speed of 324 kmph.
Other than a redesigned front bumper with larger air intakes, the Pirelli PZero tyres and a slightly improved rear end, there's nothing different from the regular drop-top Huracan to talk about. The tyres themselves are wrapped around 19-inch alloy wheels and exclusive to this car. Inside, the Huracan sports a Lambo’s latest infotainment facility with a 12.3-inch display. Above the head, a lightweight drop top that can open or close under 17 seconds at the speed of up to 50 kmph.
While the confirm price of the Lamborghini Huracan RWD Spyder will be unveiled at the launch, we can believe it to be lower than that of the all-wheel-drive sibling currently being sold at the price of INR 3.89 crore.
