Mahindra launches Centuro Rockstar: A New Variant

A new rockstar has been launched by the Mahindra two-wheelers in the Indian market. The automobile maker had introduced a new variant of the existing motorcycle. The company renamed the upcoming motorcycle as Mahindra Centuro Rockstar. The motorcycle is a stripped version of its predecessor and also available at dealership showrooms.

Now, let's talk about the rockstar features of this newly launched motorcycle. The key features include sleek rear panels, its new aerodynamic headlamps, a new outfitted bikini fairing with a refreshed paint scheme along with a badge 'Rockstar' graphics. The headlamps and taillights are blessed with LED. The motorcycle also receives golden colored ribs just below the fuel tank, which gives this bike a new and refreshed look.

The Mahindra Centuro Rockstar is powered by a 106.7cc, 4-stroke, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine which is coupled with a 4-speed transmission. The motorcycle's engine is built around a double cradle and tubular frame. The power figures of the new rockstar motorcycle can be written as 8.38BHP @ 7,500RPM and a maximum torque of 8.5Nm @ 5,500RPM. The power figures have become much better, as the engine is blessed by a Micro Chip which ignited 5 curves engine to achieve maximum power and torque. The 106.7cc motorcycle has also received both self and kick start system.

The styling of the bike has become sportier with the alloy wheels along with the telescopic forks at the front and 5-step adjustable hydraulic system with a spring at the rear. The braking system has been taken care by the 130mm drum type brake. Equipped with all these features, the new Mahindra Centuro 'Rockstar' could be a strong competitor among other entry-level commuter motorcycles available in the Indian market. Coming to the pricing section, the 'Rockstar' is priced at Rs 45,221. Eventually, the missing key features of the Mahindra Centuro are remote fob key, anti-theft alarm and engine cowls and the most important one is its missing digital dash.
