As per some fresh market reports, Mahindra & Mahindra will be showcasing an SUV coupe concept at the Delhi Auto Expo. This concept has been designed by the brand's design team in India and it will underpin the future vehicles from Mahindra. Reportedly, it's going to be the most expressive model from the automobile giant till date. Lately, vehicle design has gained a lot of popularity, thereby determining people's buying decision. Hence, the XUV Aero concept is an effort to render an efficient combination of futuristic design and modern technology in the upcoming vehicles.
Commenting on the matter, Mr Pawan Goenka, Executive Director at Mahindra 7 Mahindra had told Economic Times, “We have seen one or two products fail because of that (design). The Indian customers like little bit of flamboyance, it would be little bit over the top. Some experts may say, M&M have gone overboard, I would say, M&M has gone overboard by design and not by accident.”

Mahindra will also set up a design studio at the Auto Expo to provide the audience a brief idea about the different stages that were involved in the designing of the concept ranging from the concept development to its ideation. There will be several other vehicles at the biennial event including E20 Sports version with wireless charging, E Maxximo, E Verito, customised TUV300, and Ssangyong Tivoli. Interestingly, the automaker had also acquired Pininfarina design firm, which has been involved in carving out supercars like Ferrari.
