On mechanicals, the Norton V4 is screwed with a dominant powertrain of 1200cc, liquid-cooled V4 engine that is born to propel out quenchless power figures of 200bhp and 130Nm at 12,500rpm and 10,000rpm respectively. To transmit this potential to the rear wheel, the supersport bike is in association with the quick shifter and auto down blipper for an effective transmission.

Now to control this beauty, having racing beast DNA in its veins, the venture has tighten the Norton V4 iterations with apparatuses like three riding modes-road, track and race, adjustable traction control, launch control, multiple setting engine braking, anti-wheelie system, cruise control, slipper clutch and many more as an electronic package.

While for precise stopping, the Norton V4 Superbike uses a proactive set of disc brakes incorporating 330mm dual discs up front and a 245mm rear disc developed under the courtesy of Brembo. Even, the custom aluminum chassis and suspension setup comprise of a versatile cover of Ohlins NIX30 front fork and TTXGP rear shock, play their compression and expansion role during acceleration and braking, with the support of an Ohlins steering damper.

Apparently, both the V4SS and V4RR motorcycle carry almost identical design and technology. The bikes get demonic front fitted with bulbous fairing embodies with a cat-eye headlamp, race-oriented clip on handlebars, carbon fiber built massive fuel tank(18-litres). Besides, single seat option, visible chassis, devoted tyres shod on carbon or forged multi-spoke alloy wheel, titanium made optional racing exhaust and a rear view camera on tail section are the other noted attributes of the V4 superbikes.

Already accounted for limited number production, the V4 SS counts for only 200 units, is currently on sale at the price of GBP 44,000 (around Rs 38 lakh). Whereas, the V4RR received the tag of GBP 28,000(around Rs 24 lakh) price, is still on the assembly line, but be limited.
