Sketched Image of Next Generation Skoda Superb Displayed

Skoda has unveiled the sketched snap of its next generation Superb saloon, which displays the rear side of this runabout with magnificent aspect. The manufacturer has planned to render the most awaited vehicle in February 2015 and its public appearance has been decided for 2015 March at the Geneva Motor Show. Based on new design philosophy of the company, Skoda Superb inherits its various properties from the VisionC concept. It will be engineered on the same platform as Volkswagen Passat, the improved MQB platforms and this upcoming car will get more length as well as extra width as compared to its current model.
With regard to an existing one, the forthcoming Superb comprises increased length, width of 20mm and 50mm, respectively. Its cabin and luggage compartment will be more spacious alongside 80mm of raised wheelbase and is about to receive 75kg of weight loss, which will make the performance of this vehicle tremendous including a spectacular fuel efficiency. The 625 litre of boot space can be expanded up to 1,760 litres via folding down its rear seats and hence, a large number of luggages will be carried.

Beneath its skin, the powertrains is expected to be same as Passat saloon and seems to offer both driving options for front as well as four wheel drive system.
