Suzuki is readying to gift the Strom family a new middle-segment member by the coming year, 2015. The first offer in the Strom family was a 1000cc class Superbike, named as V-Strom 1000. Now, the Japanese automobile manufacturer is planning to introduce its siblings. A page carrying a design of the upcoming motorcycle is rolling all over the places on the internet and the page clearly belongs to the Suzuki parts catalogue. According to the design, the upcoming motorcycle has received a code name, i.e. DL650 XA L5.
The upcoming sibling has carried a code name similarly like its big brother, V-Strom 1000, which was signified as DL1000. As the name shows that the upcoming motorcycle might be receiving a 650cc engine displacement. By having a closer look at the new architecture of the motorcycle, it clearly shows that it will be receiving dual-purpose spoked wheels at both front and rear and a beak shaped headlight. The XA in the code name appears to be extreme adventure, as the motorcycle will be featuring dual-sport tyres.
The Japanese hasn't anything officially regarding the upcoming motorcycle, but it seems that the new V-Strom 650 will likely to be an Adventurer cum Tourer motorcycle. The Suzuki V-Strom 1000 was completely belongs to the Superbike series. The 1000cc engine displacement gives outstanding performance over the roads even while going on highways. This time Suzuki is planning to introduce an off-road theme based motorcycle, which can easily be said as the V-Strom will feature a beak-shaped single headlamp and the newly introduced spoked wheels. The additional components which have been added by the company tell us the conclusion of the story.
The Suzuki Motor Corporation might be displaying its new upcoming, Suzuki V-Strom 650 at the forthcoming international motorcycle show, INTERMOT, which will be going to held in Cologne, Germany.
