TVS Motors May launch Two New Motorcycles By Year End

TVS Motors is about to launch two new motorcycles in India by this festive season. The auto giant has received a big round of applause for their recently launched Apache RTR 200 and following the same zeal, it is now ready to bring something more exciting for the Indian bike enthusiasts. It has been heard that one of the machines is going to sit in the commuter segment while the other one will be having a performance category. Though, nothing is certain as of now.

Presently, TVS has got only one bike in the 125cc commuter category- Phoenix, which is not even performing well in the market. The sales figures are getting down and down in spite of having good features. Due to this, the company, from one of the two motorcycles, is bringing a commuter one under the 125cc section or could make a substitution for Phoenix. The second machine, which is likely to make a debut is the Akula 310, showcased at the recently ended 2016 Delhi Auto Expo. The tourer is the faired sibling of BMW G310R.

Albeit, we are not sure about anything here, but if it's not Akula 310, then it would be the extremely awaited G310R. While waiting for a quite long period, the Indian bike lovers will be cherished a lot if this brings on to India. Those who don't know, the naked street-fighter is the first offering by the joint partnership of TVS-BMW and will be manufactured at the TVS facility. Around INR 2.5 lakhs is going to be the price of the machine when launched in India.
