The China based Telecommunication Equipment Certification Center: TENAA has approved a slew of smartphones in span of few weeks. Now, agency has certified one more mobile phone: Asus X002 and shared several specs and features of this yet-to-be proclaimed device. Here, a report of Androidheadlines is suggesting that handset could go on sale in marketplace of China shortly.
Discussing about the leaked specs of X002, then mobile will feature a 5-inch IPS LCD display with a pixel resolution of 1280 x 720p. It will be packed with MediaTek MT6732 quad-core processor with 1.5GHz operating frequency alongside Mali-T760 GPU for graphics processing.
In terms of connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0 and 4G-LTE options have been mentioned. The handheld will be housed with a single-SIM card slot and will be fueled by a 2,500mAh battery. On memory front, it has been said to be armed with 1GB RAM along with 8GB of internal storage that will be expandable up to 32GB via MicroSD card.
The unannounced handset will incorporate an 8-megapixel primary snapper with LED flash as well as front panel will be equipped with 5-megapixel shooter. Moreover, Android 4.4.4 KitKat based Asus X002 will be showcased on the ledges of retail stores with its 146 x 73 x 9.9mm dimension and a weighing of 140 grams.
As per informant, after launching reasonably-priced smartphone-tablet hybrid: PadFone min and ZenFone 5 LTE, this Taiwan based tech giant is again prepping to provide cutting-edge technology at economical cost. Accordingly, firm's new heir might join the company of mid-range devices in china, but we are yet to hear some words for other territories.
