The Successor of Sony Xperia E3, Xperia E4 Revealed

The unannounced participant of Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 event, called Sony Xperia E4 has been leaked, ahead of launch. Manifestly, a Polish website: Teleguru has surfaced several images as well as specifications over the cyberspace of next-gen handset of E series. As per Phonearena, this Japanese Multinational Company is intended to debut its new scion during the annual MWC 2015, which is going to held in March.

In terms of designing, upcoming mobile phone holds some resemblance with its predecessor: Xperia E3 due to thin bezels and rounded corners. But, it bears a larger 5-inch LCD touch display that produces a pixel resolution of 540 x 960p, while the older one features 4.5-inch screen size with 480 x 854 pixel resolution.

The comprisal of a 1GB RAM alongside MediaTek MT6582 SoC with 1.3 GHz quad-core Cortex-A7 CPU has been claimed by the informant. To handle the graphics as well as to provide a better gaming-experience, smartphone will be paired with Mali-400MP4 GPU.

Coming to software front, handset will be decked with Android 4.4.4 KitKat mobile operating system. Probably, it could receive latest Android 5.0 Lollipop update later, which has been revamped due to various bugs and consequently an updated edition: Android 5.0.1 Lollipop has been released by Google.

In the pursuance of reports, handheld has been designed in two variants, which will be appended with model numbers: E2105 & E2115, wherein first one will be arrayed with a single SIM card slot and E2115 will support dual SIM. Well, the Conglomerate Corporation is yet to make an official announcement regarding its next-iteration, so we'll have to wait for pricing details and exact availability dates.
