Meet World's First Washable Phone Digno Rafre

One of the famous Japanese telecom companies KDDI and Kyocera announced world's first smartphone that can be washed with soap. Till now, you have come across durable and rugged smartphones, having features like water-resistance and shock-proof. But, this new one named as “Digno Rafre” has built a new standard of durability. So next time, whenever your phone falls down in the mud or any dirt place, then make sure its Digno Rafre.

This new smartphone has some unique features that make it easy to clean. Moreover, it's also rated for hot water resistance at 43-degree Celsius, which is not there in the usual smartphones. Digno Rafre is IP58-rated and carries a self-healing rear panel that you have already noticed in LG G Flex smartphones.

Further, it's also shock proof and can be controlled even with wet hands and also coated with Dragantrail coating. Coral Pink, Marin Navy and Cashmere White are the available colors. This new smartphone will be launched on 11 December, 2015 in Japan and costs JPY 57,420. Now, throwing light on the specifications, Digni Rafre is operated on Android 5.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box along with a 5-inch TFT LCD display.

Coming to the storage, it's loaded with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB inbuilt storage. Moving on, it's equipped with a 13-megapixel rear cameras with CMOS sensors and powered by a 3000mAh battery. It also supports 4G LTE connectivity, WiMAX plus VoLTE along with Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1 and USB connectivity.

Talking about its dimension, it's measured 71X141X10.1 mm and weight is 155 grams. For more features, you have to wait till its launch.
