The commonly running rumors about Nokia name going to be emitted from all Windows Phones again gets into the news. Recently few leaked Microsoft documents revealed that the Windows smartphones will no more be called as Nokia Lumia Series. They will just be called as Lumia series like Lumia 520, Lumia 830 and so on. Adding more to it, the company is also reported to drop the Phone add-on to its Windows Phone branding. Instead, they are planning to use just the logo of Windows for all future phones.
And soon after this news becomes viral, My Go, a UK based company revealed its first Windows Phone with Windows branding. The company has implemented the same strategy like HTC with its One M8 going to be available with Windows. Actually, it seems to be the move of Microsoft, which is planning to mearge Windows RT and Windows Phone by next year.
This My Go phone is designed with a Windows logo on its back panel instead of Windows Phone. The smartphone is named as GoFone GF47W. Getting into the technicalities of this handheld gadget, it is a Dual SIM handset with 4.7-inch IPS LCD display alongside 1280x720 pixels resolution. In terms of processor, it has been granted a Quad-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor with 1GB of RAM. For storage purpose, 8GB internal space has been allotted. 8MP primary camera, 2MP secondary camera has also been embedded in this 7.2mm thick smartphone.
Talking about the other details of this smartphone, the company has not mentioned anything more on its official website. But instead of that, the website is made to show "CONFIDENTIAL Internal Use Only" text in the heading of the page which might symbolize that the company is not in the mood to launch this phone yet in the market.
