Panasonic Unveiled P75 With Huge 5000mAh Battery For INR 5,755

Panasonic, the Japanese multinational electronics corporation has launched its next budget smartphone dubbed as P75. The newly launched handset is priced at Rs. 5,755. The Panasonic P75 will come with a free protective screen guard worth Rs. 399.

The main Unique Selling Point (USP) of the smartphone is it bears a huge 5000mAh battery at this nominal price point. It is expected that the P75 smartphone is the best smartphone which can compete with all the smartphones featuring similar battery capacities such as Asus Zenfone Max (2016). The Asus ZenFone Max packs a 5000mAh battery and was recently unveiled at a higher price of Rs. 9,999.

Panasonic P75 With 5000mAh Battery

On the specification side, the dual sim based handset flaunts a 5-inch HD IPS display having a resolution of 720*1280 pixels. It is fueled by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. On the software front, the new smartphone by Panasonic runs on Android 5.1 based Lollipop operating system out of the box.

For the imaging point of view, the GSM mobile is loaded with 8-megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash streak along with a 5-megapixel front facing camera on the board. It bears an 8GB of inbuilt storage, that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD card slot expansion.

On the launching, Pankaj Rana Business Head - Mobility Division, Panasonic India, said, "With the increased usage of smartphones nowadays, we offer our consumers a long lasting 5000mAh battery smartphone capable of turn-by-turn navigation as well, thereby assisting our consumers on the go."

Dimensionally, the Panasonic P75 measuring 127.3x66x9.6mm and is enabled with an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor.

Earlier in India last month, Panasonic had launched the Eluga A2 priced at Rs. 9,490. The highlight of the smartphone was its large 4000mAh battery, and voice over LTE (VoLTE) support.
