Recently-Leaked HTC Desire 626 Approved by TENAA

After being leaked by the well-known tipster: @upleaks, unofficial smartphone: HTC Desire 626 has now passed through Chinese Telecommunication Equipment Certification Agency: TENAA. Apparently, certification center has confirmed the existence of this new scion of Desire family by listing it on own official website as well as given the credibility to previous informant.

Discussing about specifications of mobile phone, then almost aspects are analogous to earlier report. Here, smartphone has been claimed to be decked with a 5-inch HD display, which renders a pixel resolution of 1280×720p.

The assimilation of 2,000mAh battery along with Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system have been also mentioned, where user can upgrade this OS by Google latest Android 5.0 Lollipop later. On imaging front, handset will be coupled with 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash alongside a 5-megapixel selfie snapper.

To remind you, @upleaks had suggested that company has designed two variants of its novel scion, wherein first model will comprise a 1.7GHz MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor paired with 2GB RAM and 4G LTE functionality. And, second edition has been stated to be engineered with a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 quad-core along with 1GB RAM.

But, TENAA has cataloged only a 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek processor based device, which bestows 1 GB of RAM and 4G LTE connectivity option. Moreover, HTC Desire 626 will be equipped with 8GB of expandable inbuilt storage, but its maximum storage capacity is yet-unknown.

As per Phonearena, smartphone will be showcased on the shelves of retail stores with 135 grams of weight and 146.9 x 70.9 x 8.19 mm dimension and it will initially go on sale in marketplace of China. Well, folks that want to get their hands on this upcoming device will have to wait because we are yet to receive some official words from HTC.
