ZTE Blade D2 Incorporated With 4G LTE Support Launched At Rs 8100

ZTE has launched a new smartphone ZTE Blade D2 T620 in Thailand, that is priced at VND 26,90,000 (approx $120 / Rs. 8,100) and features a power-packed 4,000mAh battery. The device comes with curved edges and a removable polycarbonate back cover.

The ZTE Blade D2 features a 5-inch HD IPS display

The ZTE Blade D2 features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display and is powered by 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz. It has 1GB of RAM for multitasking and an 8GB of onboard storage that can be expanded up to 64GB. The device operates on Android 5.1 Lollipop with ZTE’s customized UI overlaid.

The ZTE Blade D2 has an 8MP rear camera with autofocus and LED flash and a 5MP front camera for selfies and video calls. As said earlier, the device is backed by a 4,000mAh battery that is rated to deliver 17 hours of talk time and lasts up to 528 hours on standby. It supports dual SIM dual standby and offers 4G LTE connectivity along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. The handset measures 144 x 69.5 x 8 mm and weighs 155 grams. The device will be available in White and Black colors. There is no information about the launch of this device is other markets.

At the recently held MWC 2016, ZTE has showcased the newly launched ZTE Blade V7 and V7 Lite along with the high-end Nubia and Axon series smartphones. The company has also announced its new Android-based Spro Plus 'smart projector' alongside the smartphones. Its noteworthy that with a market share of 7%, ZTE is the fourth largest smartphone brand in the U.S only next to Apple, Samsung, and LG.
