The platform that everyone wants, everyone desires and everyone asks for, is called Android 6.0 M. The Android Marshmallow is the latest among all the other platforms unveiled. Google's great effort each time leads to the new invention being placed to the market. In this row, it has offered the upcoming mobile based operating system with a new feature called the dark theme. This theme can be opted through the developers menu in Setting field.

Initially, the requirement was made by the Android enthusiasts for the dark theme within this new OS. But, company has decided to ship the smartphones with Android 6.0 without offering the dark theme. There was an option in original Android Marshmallow preview version, which allows to change the theme from light to dark as per the requirement. That can also be auto set for day and night view.

But as Google released the second preview of the OS, it removed the dark theme. Based on that the company finally dropped the idea to introduce this theme in the final product for the customers. The company is yet to clarify its statement on making the theme absent in final shipment of the marshmallow OS.
