Google's Android Wear is the name of the new watch face announced by the mammoth to furnish new options. The company is in a hurry to provide the better reach and therefore, it has come up with the new face so rapidly.
Android Wear devices features the Google's Android platform, specifically Google made software, that are molded just for the wearables. The new interface pledges the "at a glance" feature in smart watches with weather and step counter reports. The company stated that, the feature will be available in the coming weeks.
Further commenting on the device, the Android Wear software engineer Flavio Lerda wrote, "With just a tap, your watch face can change its design, reveal more information, or even launch a specific app". In the run of Android Wear, Google opted for the simpler watch face to make users comfortable with the computer on their wrist gadget. Apple's Watch sports the watch face that is simple as the Apple's style and also features the alarm launcher or fitness feature on the default screen.
Google is asking its app developers to create a multi-flashing watch face as Apple. UnderArmour made two watch faces, one of which features the step count or the calories burnt in a day, while, the other watch face shows you how many unread emails you have, or what meetings you have lined up.
