Prisma Now Features Offline Support For Images in iOS

Almost every new launched application in the techno world do not come in a fully updated form. As we could see in this application, Prisma came with only online support for images in the starting, which somehow made it an improper application. But now the developers of the application move up to the right path as with the new update, the team has added the most-demanded offline functionality to the very popular picture-filter application.

The updated is currently available only for iOS devices as Prisma v2.4. The updated version is now capable of turning the picture into art pieces offline and the processing of image will also be less time consuming than before. In the previous update earlier this month, the application became a bit faster in processing and retrieving images from the server.

From now onwards, the photo-filter application will have no contact with servers, which implies data savings, time savings and a complete privacy to the users. The processing time of images will vary according to the processor of the device. Developer team further reported that the initial offline functionality of the app will loose some of the filters offered initially.

Wondering what will happen to servers? Well, don’t be, they will now be used to filter videos, reported The Next Web. The developer's team of that application has been stating for a long time that they are working on a video-filter option for Prisma. Now the team is free from the image part, they can completely focus on the video segment.

The video feature and offline feature for Android are to be available very soon, developers say.
