The firm has finally unwrapped its promised motorcycle at the ongoing motorcycle exhibition. Yeah!! 2015 Yamaha YZF R1 has arrived at the EICMA motorcycle show, Milan, Italy. The newly introduced super sports vehicle is showcased by the MotoGP champions Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo at a Press Conference in Milan, Italy. Valentino Rossi has played a major role in the manufacturing of the super sports motorcycle and at the time of testing he also said that 'She wants to go faster'. Mechanism:- The 2015 Yamaha YZF R1 doesn't replicate its predecessor at all. The lately entered super sports motorcycle in the Yamaha's portfolio has not been sharing anything except the name of its predecessor. The motorcycle has received an uncontaminated four-pot engine, specifically named as CP4. The in-line 4-cylinder 998cc engine is designed in such a manner to achieve a roaring power of more than 200 BHP and a peak torque of 112 Nm. Apart from these things, the YZF R1 is also blessed with crossplane crankshaft, titanium fracture-split con-rods and titanium exhaust tail.

2015 Yamaha YZF R1

The firm has attached various electronic goodies with this super sports motorcycle such as banking-sensitive Traction Control, ABS braking system, Launch Control, Quickshifter and several power modes. The 2015 Yamaha YZF R1 is built around an asymmetrical aluminum lightweight Deltabox frame. The manufacturer has taken care of the riding quality very well, as the 2015 YZF R1 comes equipped with the Ohlins Electronic Racing Suspension.

Alike Kawasaki Ninja H2, the 2015 Yamaha YZF R1 will be making its appearance in two versions; a road-legal version, as R1M and a track-only version, as YZF R1. The track-only version, 2015 Yamaha YZF R1 is priced at USD 16,490 (approx 10.13 Lacs INR) and the road-legal version will cost USD 21,990 (Rs 13.51 Lacs). The firm will be three paint schemes for the latest super sports motorcycle; Raven Black, Red/White and Blue/White.
