It seems that the Hero MotoCorp is working very hard to rule the commuter segment in the Indian two-wheeler market. Since the separation of both, Hero and Honda, the Hero MotoCorp is ruling over the commuter motorcycle segment and the Honda Motorcycles has taken care of its commuter segment. As, we all know that the festive season is arriving in the country and the at the same time Hero MotoCorp is planning to launch several facelift and new models in the country through the course of the year. The upcoming products consist of a range of 100cc, 110cc, 125cc and the most awaited 250cc-Hero HX250R, which is also on the charts of an upcoming range of motorcycles. Recently, Hero's new motorcycle caught during testing, which would the facelift model of the currently available Hero Hunk.
The 2016 facelift version of Hero Hunk spied again with completely undisguised. The spied images are featured with new graphics and it is expected that the new facelift version is likely to be received some more colors, while everything remains the same excepting the some elements such as huge fairing, Hero badge on the handlebar and front mudguard. And, the other elements that received changes are front headlight light, bulbous fuel tank, MRF tyres and raised handlebar. The front telescopic suspension is finished in Black color instead of golden. Moreover, the revised instrument cluster gets a central analog tachometer and fuel gauge.
From the technical side, the 2016 Hero Hunk will be powered by a 149.2cc, air-cooled and four-stroke engine that also seen in the Hero Xtreme Sports. Moreover, the 149.2 motorcycle will return a maximum power of 15.2 BHP at 8500 RPM and 13.5 Nm of torque at 7000 RPM. The engine will be mated to a five-speed transmission. Well, we have to wait for the official announcement to get know more about the 2016 Hero Hunk.
