And the EICMA Most Beautiful Bike Award Goes to: Ducati Scrambler

As we all know that the world's biggest motorcycle exhibition event was held in the most beautiful city, Milan, Italy. The Milan Motorcycle Show started from 6th of November and continues till 9th November, 2014. This is world's biggest motor show, which is purely dedicated to the machines on two-wheels. The Italian motorcycle magazine, Motociclismo, has organized an event at the Milan Motorcycle Show, named as the "most beautiful bike of the 2014 EICMA". The newly introduced Ducati Scrambler is the one, who won the award for "most beautiful bike of the 2014 EICMA".

The Ducati Scrambler was first showcased in a huge yellow container, restricted to the Ducati's employees only. And, after showing up the glimpses and enough of teasing, finally the Ducati Scrambler has come of the curtain at the INTERMOT motorcycle show, 2014, which was just held in the first week of October, 2014. The Ducati Scrambler was successful then and now as well to gather the maximum number of people toward itself, as the result says that it is able to collect 43% of votes out of 10,000 people, who attended the event. The attendees just have to fill a form or they can do this on the website as well. Looking around for the consequences, the Ducati Scrambler has become the most popular choice of the crowd at EICMA, 2014.

Scrambler Ducati Classic at EICMA 2014

At the Milan Motorcycle Show, the Scrambler fans standing besides the Ducati stand has got a chance to ride the motorcycle and enjoy the cheerful ride. The stand was decorated in a very creative manner, using various props, such as the legendary yellow container, green lawns with bean bags and the charged atmosphere full of music. However, this is not the first time, when the Ducati has received this award for the "most beautiful bike at EICMA 2014", in the previous years the award was being acquired by Ducati Streetfighter, Ducati 1199 Panigale, Ducati Multistarda and Monster1200S. The runner-ups for this award are MV Agusta Brutale RR Dragster 800 acquiring 15% of crowd and 2015 Yamaha YZF R1, which has gathered 14% of the EICMA crowd.

Scrambler Ducati Urban Enduro at EICMA 2014

The Ducati Scrambler has been introduced in different versions; Scrambler Icon, Full Throttle, Urban Enduro and Classic. All the four motorcycles are equally responsible for the award. The Scrambler is powered by an air-cooled, twin-cylinder engine carrying an engine displacement of 803cc. The motor is capable to generate a total power of 75BHP and weighs just 170kg. The Ducati Scrambler is expected to reach showrooms by the start of the January, 2015.
