The Formula One car has always fascinated the people who are the speed bugs. But, it's banned to drive such vehicles on the road because of their high-speed and movement. Still, the speed freak guys and petrolhead developers find the ways to make this thing a reality, and the British car manufacturer Elemental Motor Company Limited has brought something extraordinary for the auto-lovers and the product is known as the Rp1 supercar.
The Elemental Rp1 has been manufactured by the team of people who are vastly experienced in the Formula 1 industry and with the collaboration of the government's Technology Strategy Board. The Rp1 has the carbon fiber and aluminum composite to offer the much-needed strength to car while driving on the road. The engine has been mounted in the middle with Ford EcoBoost 2.0 Litre one, which is able to produce the 280 hp power. The engine has been mated to the 6-speed sequential gearbox with paddle shifts. The company has also the lighter version with Ford EcoBoost 1.0 Litre engine and 999 cc Honda Fireblade engine as well.
The Rp1 also gives you the feeling of a real-time Formula 1 super-car as you can change the suspension system with the use of spanners and Allen keys. The interior has also been equipped with the GPS, G-load sensors, data logging, CAN data signal from the ECU directly. The car is also offering 4-point seat belts for the proper safety. The deliveries will start from the 2015 season and I guess many of the enthusiasts are waiting for this.
