India bound 2017 Nissan GT-R unveiled At 2016 NYAS

Nissan has unveiled the much anticipated 2017 GT-R at the ongoing 2016 New York Auto Show, which now comes with an all-new pleasant design. It is made to deliver more power than ever before. Interestingly, Nissan India will bring the model to the Indian shores as soon as the production lineup hits the showrooms in a couple of months. 

Talking about the exterior front, the new Nissan GT-R gets a new front fascia with a revised ‘V-Motion’ grille, making with amazingly aggressive and bold. The new GT-R will also come with an updated front splitter providing even more downforce, igniting the aerodynamic feature. The front fascia also gets new sets of updated headlights. The rear too gets fine updates including a slightly tweaked taillamps, new rear splitter, and updated exhausts.

On the interior front, the new GT-R gets an upmarket premium leather wrapped dashboard with a new central console, giving it a luxury and sporty appeal. The new GT-R also gets a new 8-inch large infotainment screen. The supercar also gets a more comfortable set of seats, including a new steering wheel and new paddle shifters. The new GT-R comes with added features like active noise cancellation and acoustic glass with active sound deadening, in order to make it comfortable and pleasant for driving.

The company claims that the new 2017 GT-R is going to be the the fastest one in the Nissan family, holding around 20PS more power and allowing a 565 PS of peak power from the 3.8-litre V6 twin-turbo engine. The new Nissan GT-R is expected to be priced around Rs 1.5 crore (ex-showroom) when launched in India.
