Snoop: TVS's Adventure motorcycle caught testing

It seems that the Indian automobile manufacturer wants to go off the track to achieve the no. 1 position in the Indian automobile industry. Every other manufacturer is bringing up something new in the market every now and then. Well, now-a-days, this is the only strategy the two-wheeler manufacturers are following to be in the competition in the Indian automobile industry.

A little while back, the Hero Motocorp has come up with its all new off-road theme based motorcycle, named as Hero Passion Pro TR, which was first showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo, 2014. However, moving towards the point, a new motorcycle from TVS has been spied recently. Moreover, the spied motorcycle is supposed to be based upon the Phoenix platform.

TVS Adventure Spied

The TVS Motors is the third largest automobile manufacturer of India. The upcoming motorcycle is a multi-purpose commuter segment motorcycle. The motorcycle is supposedly named as TVS Adventure and it is expected to feature a four-stroke, air-cooled 125cc engine. The engine is able to churn out a total power of 11PS and 11Nm of torque. The braking system has been taken care by a petal rotor disc brake at the front and drum brakes at the rear. To enhance the riding experience of the motorcycle, the company has given telescopic suspension at the front and the rear gets a TVS's multi-rated 'series-spring' shock absorbers with a longer stroke.

In styling terms, the TVS Adventure will be featuring spoke wheels with larger diameter. This is a combination motorcycle, which gives you commuter segment features and performance carrying an off-road theme. The tubular steel frame is designed by keeping the style and performance in mind. At this point, nothing can be said regarding the launch and price details of the spied motorcycle. Although, we have an eye over the moves of TVS Motors, as it had partnered with BMW. But, for the time being, it could be uncertain to say anything about the engineering of the motorcycle, until the manufacturer will not reveal the details of the motorcycle.
