Suzuki Gixxer Fully-Faired Version is Approaching Slowly

It was back in the month of September, 2014, when the Japanese motorcycle manufacturer has launched its small-engined motorcycle in the Indian two-wheeler market. Suzuki had introduced its all new Gixxer, carrying a 155cc displaced engine. At the time of the introduction of Suzuki Gixxer, the firm has given a pinch of hint to launch the faired version of the aforementioned motorcycle pretty soon or by the end of this year. Well, the hint has turned out to be true, as the fully-faired version of the Suzuki Gixxer was being spotted while it's testing in the capital city of India.

The faired version of the Suzuki Gixxer was riding along with its real sibling, naked Gixxer. Well, as of now nothing can be said about the technical qualification of the faired version. But, it is expected that it will be making its appearance as a fully-faired sports motorcycle carrying same technical specs, which will be competing with Yamaha R15, KTM RC 200 and many others. The faired version of the naked sports motorcycle could be christened as Suzuki GSX150R, as it will also be having the very same DNA of the track-oriented GSX-R Series.

Talking about the changes, which have been received by the faired version of the Suzuki Gixxer would be the front fairing, headlight cowl, fuel tank and the rear view mirrors. By having a closer look to the spotted motorcycle, it can be said that it is sharing its front-facet with the Suzuki Hayabusa. If it will be sharing the same power plant as of Suzuki Gixxer, it is powered by a single-cylinder engine carrying an engine displacement of 154.9cc. The 154.9cc displaced engine will be delivering 14.6 BHP and a peak torque of 14 Nm.

Projecting lights over the firm's Indian portfolio, Suzuki Inazuma, is the one who bites the dust after the Suzuki GS 150R. The firm has recently taken off the motorcycle from the Indian official website and has made an announcement to stop selling the product from the coming March of 2015. Besides this, the introduction of the Suzuki Gixxer faired version will be making its appearance in the country in the middle of the next year.
